Lose Weight For Yourself
You should lose weight for yourself. Not for anyone else. Reasons people want to lose weight vary. People have reasons such as they wont to look beter. They want to fit in that article of clothing they saw. Or, their doctor has told them that they need to lose weight if they wish to live longer. Whatever the reason, set up a plan on how to achiee your goal of weight loss. Go running every Wednesday. Join a sport team or gym. Sign up for a personal trainer, any exercise you do will help you reach your goal. Eventually start increasing your workouts. Don't forget to check in with yourself every oce in a while to see if you're still on track. Once your target weight has been reached, remember to reward yourself.

Global Weight Loss
Globesity is still a growing problem and isn' showing signs of slowing down. The human population as a whole have to establish self control and not fall for the advertisements that the fast food industry spend $110 BILLION dollars a year on. When voting comes around vote for things that will put education first. Vote for things that will promote physical activity. Donate to charities that promote physical well being.Do you or your family members have old sport equipment? If so, donate that too. There are kids out there who don't get physical activity because they financially can', not because they don't want it. Remember, any choice you make will not only affect you but others. If you remember that phrase you are sure to start making better choices that will help many more people besides yourself.
Weight Loss in Your Community.
For the well being of those whole live in close quarters to you, set up a day where you can go running with friends. Ask the school committee to make Physical Education classes more frequent in your school. Sign your kids and yourself up for sports and other physical activities. Talk with your friends about joining gyms. Anything you do that will exercise you and any other people will be helping not only yourself but also the community.

Commercial Space Travel

Many people have dreamed of being able to travel into space. However, most people haven't had the opportunity to become an astronaut and actually go into space. However different companies such as Virgin say that commercial space travel is possible. Before these companies private citizens have spent $20-$45 million and have had to go through months of training and examinations. The company VSS Enterprise has already made the first commercial space flight to the first commercial space port. The price of their tickets ar $200,000 each but say within 10 years could drop to anywhere between $100,000-$50,000. However the question is: Is it worth it? I believe that if you make the insane amount of money that would even make you capable to go on this trip go for it what do you have to lose? However, the whole flight allows you 1 hour in space and within a couple of minutes graity gets a hold of you again anyways. Is it really worth it? That's for you to decide...

Globesity and Physical Activity Sites
Physical Activity
Most people today don't get enough physical activity. As a matter of fact some school only give 45 minutes of activity (PE class) per WEEK. Obesity is a growing problem not only in the United States but the entire world. The WHO has called this global epidemic globesity. If people don't start being more physical there could be serious consequences. My generation is the first generation in which kids might not outlive their parents.
